Policies
PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, money orders, certified cheques and cash. We accept personal cheques from approved customers. Personal cheques from new customers must clear at our bank before we ship the order. On Credit Card orders, please provide card number, expiration date, issuing bank, billing and shipping address, home and work phone numbers and customer service number on back of credit card. (Shipping address must match billing address for us to ship). No international orders. We request this information for your protection.

MINIMUM ORDER:

We have no minimum orders.

PRICES:

We are not responsible for errors or price increases. Prices are updated monthly. We recommend that you confirm current pricing when placing your order.

SHIPPING:

Shipping within Canada costs 2.5% of the total sale with a minimum of charge of $10.00. Shipping costs on antennas are 3.5% of the amount of the antenna with a minimum charge of $15.00 (actual shipping charge will determined at time of sale). Shipping heavy items incurr extra weight charges and shipping costs will be quoted at time of sale.

We ship most items within 24 hours of order placement. Orders received before 2pm Paciic time are usually shipped the same day. Our normal method of shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Insured Mail. We may also use UPS or FedEx for equipment that exceeds the limitations of Canada Post or at a customer's request. Please ask for shipping costs. All shipments are packaged with care and sent insured.

WARRANTY SERVICE:

DWH Surveillance Solutions offers warranty and out of warranty service on all items we sell. When returning an item please include a note to clearly describe the problem, how you wish the item to be returned and most importantly a copy of your receipt.

BACK ORDERS:

If an item is not in stock we will notify you immediately. We carry an extensive inventory to minimize "back ordered" items. If an order is partially filled, back ordered items will be shipped at no charge. Due to manufacturer shortages, back orders occasionally occur. You may cancel your back ordered item (except special orders) at any time, for any reason and receive a full refund. Credit card orders (except special orders) are not billed to your card until we ship.

RETURNS or EXCHANGES:

DWH Surveillance Solutions does not offer refunds. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we must be notified and an exchange will be offered within 10 days of receiving the item. Mail items returned for exchange must be received in original and undamaged condition including all original packaging and warranty cards. Note: Do not send warranty cards in until after 10 days, until you are certain the item is functioning properly. Shipping fees are non refundable. Special order items, antennas, and software are not refundable or exchangeable. If an item is found to be defective within the 10 day period a replacement will be sent out at no charge upon receipt of the original item at our premises. DWH Surveillance Solutions has the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product or packaging is in an unacceptable condition.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

If you receive a damaged shipment, note this with the delivery driver and refuse the shipment. It will be returned to DWH Surveillance Solutions and we will replace it for you at no additional cost.

TRADE-INS:

DWH Surveillance Solutions does not accept trade-ins.
